American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Tyler is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tyler follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I finally made it to Laurel & Pearl and absolutely loved everything about it! The bakery itself is beautiful and welcoming, the service was wonderful, and everything we tried was delicious. I had the Key Lime Frenchie with an iced chai, and both were incredible! The pastries are almost too beautiful to eat, and there are so many unique options that I already can’t wait to go back and try more. Such a special addition to Tyler and a perfect spot to meet friends for coffee and a treat. Highly recommend! πŸ₯β˜•οΈπŸ’•

Found the great reviews, so we stopped in for breakfast on our way through Tyler. Super nice place! Everything was high quality, all the way down to the little details like the soap and tp in the bathrooms! We got an almond croissant, a strawberry & cheese croissant, and a cappuccino with Lavender. It was all so good! As we sat and finished our food we watched as customers came in again and again to grab their favorites. It was cinnamon roll day and all we kept hearing was how good they were. It was early and they were already almost out. Intrigued by their popularity we decided to also get one. OH MY GOSH!!! I’m so glad we did!! That was the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had! And now I just get to crave them until someday when we’re traveling back through Tyler. Hopefully it’s on cinnamon roll day! 🀞🏻

Visiting Tyler for a few hours and stopped by Laurel & Pearl Bakery. The aesthetics is absolutely gorgeous, quaint and cozy! Customer service I received was good as a first time guest who didn’t know what I wanted with the vast options offered.

My friend surprised me with cupcakes from Laurel & Pearl Bakery for my birthday, and I was honestly blown away. These were some of the prettiest desserts I’ve ever seen, so delicate, detailed, and beautifully decorated. And they tasted even better than they looked! Every flavor was rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend Laurel & Pearl for any special occasion.

I recently moved to Tyler and mentioned I was looking for a great cappuccino that didn't involve the commercialized Starbucks, Dutch Bros. or 7 Coffee on every corner, and this little gem called Laurel & Pearl was highly recommended. Before I could go there, I asked several ladies in the neighborhood about it and of course they all raved about the Monte Cristo Slider and Chicken Salad Slider so that sealed the deal. My Mom and I went the very next day / yesterday afternoon and we walked into what felt like being in Paris, including the eye candy of so many varieties of baked goods! Having a French Bulldog as a mascot helped seal the deal for me (since I have 2 of them at home) and before I even had a sip of their fantastic cappuccino or a bite of the fabulous Chicken Salad Slider (for me) and the Monte Cristo Slider (for my Mom but of course we shared them), I felt a peace and calm come over me like I was coming home. The staff behind the counter were so kind when I told them it was our first time there and I loved their positive energy and welcomes. The only reason I gave the service 4**** instead of 5***** is because I had to get up multiple times to get our silverware and
